New customers, please submit a New Customer Form with your purchase order.

Domestic orders received prior to 3:30 pm EST will ship same day (subject to availability).  All orders are shipped ground service unless specified by the purchaser on the purchase order. Customers will be billed for shipping rates unless a 3rd party shipping account is available on the purchase order.

An official purchase order must be from a hospital, surgical center, or clinical practice. All international orders must go through one of our international distributors.
